Centrally located at the main square in Vimmerby is the city’s oldest hotel dating back to the 1860s. The kitchen forms their disches from history of Stadshotellet to create classic dishes with modern attributes.
The focus is locally produced and locally grown. With locally produced ingredients, the menus become seasonally adapted. Vegetables, mushrooms and berries are stored by proven methods; such as pickeling, drying and fermentation to have access throughout the year.
